CH Racing Services
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CH Racing Services website and subscription tipping service. By purchasing a subscription or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
Service Overview
CH Racing Services provides a subscription-based horse racing tipping service. Members receive carefully selected horse racing tips and associated staking guidance.
The service provides information only. We do not accept bets, operate as a bookmaker, or provide financial or investment advice.
Subscription & Access
Access to tips is granted only after successful payment of the relevant subscription fee.
The frequency of selections may vary, but the service generally operates with a selective approach averaging approximately five to six bets per week.
Payments & Renewals
Subscription fees are payable in advance and processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis. Where applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
If payment fails, access to the service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the payment provider.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period. Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.
No Guarantee of Profit
Horse racing betting involves financial risk.
While CH Racing Services aims to provide disciplined and well-researched selections, we make no guarantees regarding profitability, returns, or performance.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Members accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions and financial outcomes.
Betting Risk & Responsibility
All members must be aged 18 or over.
Members are responsible for ensuring that betting is legal in their jurisdiction.
We strongly encourage responsible gambling and advise members to only stake amounts they can afford to lose.
Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to provide accurate and timely information. However, we cannot guarantee that all information, odds, or race details will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through CH Racing Services, including tips, analysis, written material, and performance data, remains the intellectual property of CH Racing Services.
Members may not copy, redistribute, publish, share, or commercially exploit any material without prior written permission.
Unauthorised sharing of selections may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CH Racing Services shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our service.
Members use the service entirely at their own risk.
Data & Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
